Goose soup with matzo dumplings
Humus with tahini, sourdough cucumber with zhoug and pita bread (vegetarian)
Main course (optional):
Grilled goose breast with mashed potatoes with onions, tzimes and stewed purple cabbage
Smoked parenyica cheese baked in a zucchini jacket, with sweet chili and vegetable rice (vegetarian)
Dessert:
Flódni with plum sauce

The concert takes place in the theatre hall. After the performance, a three-course Klezmer dinner is served in the restaurant.
